  • Participated in new customer onboarding. Work ranged from preliminary data quality analysis with OCR tooling to writing LLM-based rules for customer processing, to helping set up/maintain customer-specific Airflow graphs.
  • Improved existing customer integrations. This included fixing customer-specific bugs, drafting communiqués, monitoring pipeline output quality and SLAs, etc.
